Why do I need a call first?
So we can set up your free test around your real data and check your volume. If a private verifier isn't right for you, we'll say so, and you keep the credits. The call is free, with no obligation.
Why only 5 new clients a month?
Every client gets a dedicated engine that we deploy, configure and test with them. That takes hands-on work, so we take on 5 new clients each month to do it properly. If this month is full, we'll tell you and book you in for the next one.
Is the setup fee the only cost?
No. There is also a running cost for infrastructure and management. You'll see both in writing before you commit.
What happens to my data?
During the test, you choose what to upload. For your own instance, data handling and deletion terms are agreed in writing before you send production data.
Do I have to cancel my current verifier?
No. Keep using it during the test so you can compare both on the same data.
What if the test doesn't work out?
